Shipping & Returns


Most items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days of your order (some holidays and/or acts of any sort of celestial beings might add an additional day or two). We'll always notify you as soon as your product ships.

Orders will get shipped to the Bill To address. The reason is, we're doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking information can be found in your account in the "My Orders" section.

We love shipping to physical addresses anywhere in the contiguous United States (yep that's right, all 48 states). Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO, AE boxes or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, but we hope we will be able to amend this sometime inthe future.

Returns & Refunds (The life-disrupting kind of R&R)

We have very strict quality control guidelines in our facilities so returns and the like, typically aren’t an issue. However, if there is a plot twist and an item arrives damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong item etc, we would be happy to invite you to visit the Request a Return section below to setup your return and print the return label for your package. We will work with customers on a “case-by-case” basis to ensure satisfaction and smiles. All returns must have an RMA number provided by An email to our customer service department to discuss the shipment is welcome, however, you would still need to fill out an RMA request form.

If the item is not defective, damaged or incorrect and an RMA has been granted, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. 

 We do our darndest to make returns quick and easy so we can stamp your customer service ticket “CASE CLOSED!”

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Make sure you are logged in, then go to My Account.
  2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
  3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
    • Quantity to return
    • Return reason
    • Comments (optional)
  4. Click Submit Return Request. After submitting the request, they will see the Return Instructions from your settings.
